Through our Giving Back With a Smile contest you can nominate an awesome person who you think deserves the gift of a smile!

Of the nominees, two winners will be chosen and will receive free treatment with braces.

Upload your letter below or email your video to lauren.cerio@omahaorthodontics.com (subject: Give a smile makeover nominee) by November 15, 2024 telling us why this person deserves a new smile. Winners will be announced November, 26, 2024.

*Does not include Invisalign or the cost of any other dental work associated with the orthodontic treatment (i.e. extractions, surgery, impacted canines, etc.)
